it shows superb bond strength, dry fiber pull, and 3-cycle soak performance, made by leveraging and up-cycling abundant, non-food-grade, waste biomaterials.
Process & Application Parameters
Bondura is a drop-in substitution for soy-based production lines – no change needed. Bondura can be used with all flat panel hot presses, induction presses, and RF presses. Mixing system upgrades may be needed in formaldehyde-based lines due to higher viscosity, but all other parameters (spreader, spread rate, press temperature, and press time) remain unchanged. Compared to other adhesive systems, this will require a lower capital investment.
